Instructions
Oven 220°C / 425°F · Four 180ml ramekins

Heat the oven to 220°C / 425°F and lightly grease four ramekins.

Melt chocolate and butter gently, then cool for 2 minutes.

Whisk eggs and allulose until foamy, then whisk in yogurt and vanilla.

Fold in melted chocolate, almond flour, cocoa and salt.

Divide between ramekins and bake 8-11 minutes until the edges set but centres still wobble.

Rest 1 minute, loosen the edges and invert immediately.
Doneness test
A 2cm ring around the edge is set while the centre visibly jiggles.
Cooling
Serve within 5 minutes; the centres continue setting as they stand.
